And now this one is for Ty Lee.

Ty Lee is practicing for her big show tomorrow. She jumps up and does a flip in the air, then a cartwheel, then walks on her hands and many other things for about an hour until it happened. Ty Lee was focused, but something caught her eye. She saw a man wearing all black running tor ward the circus tent. Ty Lee gasped, they had a blood red aura. He was going to do something awful, but not if she could help it. Ty Lee ran to the person,"Please, don't do it!"she told the guy. She saw the man take out a sword, her eyes widened. He went to slice her,but she did a flip over him and hit one of his pressure points in his back. By doing this he could not move, she dragged him into the circus tent. Ty Lee then threw him in with the animals. "Have fun,"she said. She shook her head walking away,"Won't they ever learn?"she asked herself .After she dealt with the problem she went back to practicing.

There,i hope you will like it. :)

For Iroh: It was a little better, but the only part I was confused about was how he knew why the woman was sad. Iroh would not simply assume that the woman was sad about a lost loved one. Also..he doesn't usually tend to talk to himself. I still need to think this one over.

For TyLee: I am sorry, but you can only play one CAITS character. But if you choose to play TyLee, I will look at it.

Alright. First off..TyLee would not beg the man to stop what he was doing, no one would. It is pointless. Second..when TyLee knocks the man out, she would not leave him in an open room where he could easily escape when his chi returned. She would bring him to Azula for questioning. A man dressed in all black with a sword trying to slice a random person would be pretty suspicious, wouldn't it?

I don't know. Cannon characters need skill to be played. I'm not so sure you have that skill. What you have here are rushed RP samples, and they won't do. I am not trying to be mean, I promise, but I just don't think playing cannon characters is the right position for you. You need to know how they would feel, how they would react, what they would do, and most importantly, you need to be descriptive. Please take into consideration the word DESCRIPTIVE.

Describe their surroundings; from the chair they're sitting in, to the kind of floor they're standing on, to how fast or slow the wind is blowing, to what kind of expression they have on their face, to the tone of their voice, to what color the walls are, to how sunny it is outside..anything!! Just please be descriptive.

I hope you are not taking this the wrong way, I am just trying to help. You may try again if you wish..but please..really try this time. I can tell you did not try your best on these RP samples.

It is not a no, it is a "you can try again if you want to, but be more descriptive this time".

OK,ill give it all iv got. :)

Iroh sat right outside of Ba Sing Sayhe came out to watch the sunset. "What a beautiful sunset,"he said. He was staring at the sunset, but his mind was on something else,Azula. She has been chasing Iroh and Zuko. Iroh thinks she is crazy and has to be stopped. When all this was going through his head,he felt something in his pocket. He looked down..."Aaaah!"he screamed. There was a bear eating the nuts in his pocket. "Where did you come from little....i mean big guy?"he asked the bear. The bear was dressed up,"It must belong to some buddy,"he thought. Iroh pet the animal on the head. "Let's find your owner,"he said to the bear. Iroh stood up and he and the bear walked into Ba Sing Say. "Missing bear!"he was shouting. Someone finally claimed the bear, the earth king. When the king approached Iroh he bowed to him. "Thank you for finding my bear,he ran away during his bath time,"he explained to Iroh. "You are very welcome,"he said with a big smile on his face. Once the king left Iroh was thankful for his earth kingdom clothes,if not for them the king would have known who he was. The thing was,Iroh was not pretending to be good,he was good.

Did you like this one?I think I did this one better. :)

Your posts are still lacking. I am not seeing any description in your RP samples, and I just can't imagine Iroh saying some of these things, let alone talking to himself. I am sorry, but I do not think you have the skill for a CAITS character. I promise I'm not trying to be mean. I hope you don't take it the wrong way. :-/

I wanted to try something different.i hope thats ok.

Name:Jet

Gender:Male

Age:I think he's about 16

Nation:Earth

Came from:A small village,i don't know of the name.

Bender?:No

Attire:Jet wears a black long-sleeved shirt, with a orange vest over top of it,a yellow shoulder pad on his left should,a black shoulder pad with a silver plate in the middle on his right shoulder, black pants,Grey socks, and black shoes.

Description:Has brown hair,brown eyes,and tan skin.

Personality:Jet is always looking for a way to make things harder for the fire nation. He hates the fire nation with his guts for what they did to his parents. When he is happy he will be smirking, and when hes mad he will most likely loose his temper. He is a very skilled fight and is a very good leader.

History:When he was only eight his parents were killed by an attack lead by the Rough Rhinos. He learned how to be very skilled with hooked swords, and soon started a band of Earth Kingdom children called,"The Freedom Fighters." Every person in this group are also very good fighters.

The Freedom Fighters do whatever they can to make things harder for the fire nation. They take their stuff, attack them out of nowhere, and many other things. They do all this because, there is a nearby town that has been taken over by the fire nation, and The Freedom Fighters goal is to free the town from the fire nation.

Jet and his group were going to attack a fire nation group out in the forest when someone stumbled in,the Avatar and hid two friends. The Freedom Fighters had been waiting for the right time to jump out of the trees and attack, and that was the perfect time. They jumped down and took all of the fire nation guards out.Jet saw one of the Avatar's friends,Katara.Right when Jet saw her he had a crush on her,but he mad sure not to show it.

They took blasting jelly and the jelly candy they found.Jet soon found himself inviting the Avatar and his friends,Sokka and Katara ,to their tree-houses.They all said yes,but Jet would regret it. They slept over, and the next day things got bad. He had Smeller bee and Pipsqueak take Sokka for a long, long walk because,Sokka new to much of Jet's plan and he feared he would tell Katara and Aang.

Jet had Aang and Katara use their water bending to help him.Jet's plan was to use their water bending to get the dame high, then they would plow up the dame and flud the town.Jet thought it was the right thing to do.But,Aang and Katara figured it out and Jet fought Aang.Jet beat Aang, but Katara froze Jet to a tree. The dame exploded, but Sokka had escaped from the two Freedom Fighters and got everyone out of the city in time.Jet was left frozen to the tree until his friends got him out.

The Freedom Fighters later broke up,Long Shot and Smeller bee were the only ones who stayed with Jet. The three of them traveled to Ba Sing Sa,there they found many troubles.

RP sample:Jet woke up in the tree-house.It was still dark out.He had had a nightmare,it was the night when his parents where killed. He was covered in sweat. He stood up and went down to the ground. He saw the tree where Katara had froze him to,that day when they failed was very bad for The Freedom Fighter. After that day,Jet and his group broke up. Now it was only Jet,Smeller bee,and Long Shot.Tomorrow Jet and his two friends were leaving for Ba Sing Say.Jet could not wait to leave this place,it had to many memories.

(( OOC: It was unclear to me if this site was still active, but it looks like Iroh hasn't been approved yet, so I'd like to try out for the part.))

Iroh: Master Firebender, Father Figure, Prisoner of the Fire Nation and Tea afficionado.

Minutes turned to hours and hours to days until time seemed to lose all meaning. He neither saw day, nor night in the dank and dark of the dungeon cell he now called 'home'. Meals came and went, but he paid them little heed.

Though he may not have looked it; disheveled and unkempt as he was, he was a man of honor and pride. The kind that his younger brother and his youngest daughter... and nearly all of the fire nation seemed to have forgotten. He remained stoic and silent throughout his timeless stay in the bowels of the Fire Nation's Palace.

Though they had imprisoned him, he kept his mind free. A practice an old man like himself had come to master over the years. Any other man may have become a prisoner to nightmares and hysteria; a captive of the solid walls and bars. But not Iroh. He breathed deeply, took slow and controlled breaths and allowed himself the most deep of meditations. The silence of the cells were perfect for it.

He slept when he was tired. He ate when he was hungry. And he lamented the final choice Zuko had made while under his care. In the 3 years they had been traveling together, Iroh had done his best to mold the rash and angry young boy into a "Good Man." Perhaps, he allowed himself to contemplate, he'd let himself get too close to the Prince. He'd seen something of his own son in the boy, a whisper of hope that perhaps Zuko would take the throne and rule the Fire Nation with a kinder hand than his father had.

He had failed Zuko. And Zuko had failed him. He'd done all he could to teach the boy what a good person should be... and even now Zuko came to him seeking his help. His advice.

But he couldn't give it to him. As much as Zuko begged, there was nothing more that Iroh could give him or teach him. This... was a lesson the young prince had to learn on his own. Even as dangerous and painful as it was, Iroh was powerless to help. Not if he really -wanted- to help. His heart ached when he heard the boy's voice.. angry and confused... echoing on the walls of his chamber.

Azula's promises, whispered in Poor, Gullable Zuko's ears had been like a siren's song. Iroh was no stranger to the hope the boy carried. To the all-consuming desire to prove to his father that he was neither useless or weak. If only he'd been able to show Zuko that blood did not always a family, make. The Prince had been as much a son to him as his own. He'd loved him as unconditionally, and perhaps it had made him blind. He'd thought, though, in Ba Sing Se... that Zuko had changed. That he had seen the light. He'd been a different boy, back there in the tea shop. Iroh had been overjoyed to see the smile on the young man's face... to see the freedom that came with letting everything go.

Iroh did not blame Zuko, though. Nor did he place blame on Ozai or Azula. Not on Aang- a young boy just as lost as Zuko and saddled with a literal 'world' of responsibility. He placed it firmly on himself. With age comes wisdom, and wisdom does not always bring happiness. Zuko was on his own, as much as it pained Iroh to ignore him. To turn his back on a boy he'd have gladly laid his life down for. He'd been betrayed, and the wound was still fresh. Yet, even now, Iroh hoped. He hoped that Zuko would see the deception in his sister's heart before it was too late. He hoped the boy would open his eyes and see the truth. He hoped, more than he did for his own life, that Zuko would survive this decision.

So. There he sat. Silent and contemplative, waiting with the a patience nearly as endless as the days in his cell.

I'd like to audition for the role of Prince Zuko.

Zuko: Prince of the Fire Nation, Banished Prince of the Fire Nation, Blue Spirit Ninja, Dual Dao Swordsman, Traitor to the Fire Nation, Earth Kingdom Citizen (as Lee), Redeemed Prince of the Fire Nation. (Tried to hit things in order.)

___________________________________________________

Zuko sat pensively at the balcony of his room, meditating through his breathing exercises. He opened his eyes occasionally to take in the sunset, his scarred eye refusing to open as far as his normal eye did. Breathe in, breathe out...

The Avatar. Even after he'd gotten his honor back, and seemingly returned everything to normal, Zuko was still miserable because of that child. No, it wasn't just the Avatar, the prince decided. It was Azula's fault too. She was always against him, always trying to treat him like an enemy, even though things were supposed to be back to normal! She'd told Father that he'd killed the Avatar, ensuring him the return of his honor. Just one little catch...

The Avatar was still alive. The waterbender, Katara, had revealed to him in the crystal catacombs of Ba Sing Se that she had healing powers. Not one to underestimate the spirits, Zuko deduced that with the spirit water she'd mentioned and her already powerful waterbending, she could have brought back the Avatar.

Of course, it was a silly notion. A normal man would've never dreamed it. But Zuko couldn't shake the feeling. The last three years had been tough, and had taught him to trust his instincts. The Avatar was alive. Zuko was sure of it. Katara had escaped with the Avatar's body. Until the prince saw the Avatar dead in person, he was alive.

"What am I going to do?" whispered the prince to himself. "No matter what I do, everything always goes wrong for me," he said, voice rising. "Everyone's always against me! If the Avatar is alive and comes to the Fire Nation, all my honor... all that I've fought for these past years..." Zuko couldn't bring himself to imagine losing his honor once again. Especially when he'd had to betray Uncle Iroh in the end to get it back. Even now, he was beginning to doubt his wisdom in betraying Uncle. "No," he told himself firmly. "He betrayed me," he said, echoing Azula's words. "He stood in the way of my victory..."

But he had always been there for him, especially when he'd needed the man most. When Zuko had nearly fallen for Azula's trap back in the Fire Nation, Uncle had been there by his side to protect him. When he'd foolishly run off on his own to find the Avatar, and met Azula yet again, Iroh had been following him all along, watching over him. And in Ba Sing Se, when he'd fallen mysteriously ill, Uncle had taken care of him and nursed him back to health.

Zuko let out a long breath, and the candle he¡¯d set on the sill flared with life before wilting back into a docile flame. The prince lamented, ¡°Everything should be back to normal now. I made it back home, father talks to me again, I have my honor¡¦ But it¡¯s not the same¡¦¡±

Zuko recalled a time in his past when the royal family had gone on a vacation. No, not just any royal family. His family. A simple, normal, family. He¡¯d made sandprints with his mother, laughed and made castles with Lu Ten and Iroh, and had even watched the sunset with his father. It was so simple back then¡¦ his family loved him, and he loved them. That was it, no political intrigue woven into every step he took; no betrayals or banishments¡¦ No scar.

But why couldn¡¯t it go back to that? What was wrong? What was different? Zuko knew inwardly that the answer lay in himself, and knew that something was wrong, but to his unimaginable frustration, he couldn¡¯t find out WHY! What was so wrong with his life now?! Why did he betray Uncle? Was he doing the right thing? He¡¯d wanted his honor back, but now that he had it, he was all the more paranoid, terrified of losing it again! It was just like Uncle had said, ¡°True humility is the key to¡¦¡±

Uncle. Zuko¡¯s eyes widened as he realized with a start that Iroh was in the prison tower. He could talk with him anytime, get some wisdom or counsel from the man! Zuko decided. ¡°That¡¯s what I¡¯ll do.¡± He went inside, pulling off his crown and undoing his topknot with one hand. Then, to disguise his scar, he pulled on a heavy red cloak with a voluminous hood. Strapping his dual Dao onto his back, the prince opened the door into the hallway and made his way out, toward the prison tower¡¦
___________________________________________________

Um, this is a second RP sample. This one's more action-oriented.

Zuko hurled a fireball into the standoff, breaking the tension with a concussive explosion. Zuko leapt into the stalemate, fist held high, ready to strike out. Only... at whom?

In the crystal catacombs stood Zuko, on one side exiled prince longing for redemption, on the other a growing young man who had earned the pride of Iroh by silently aiding the Avatar. Now he stared down the three potential enemies: Azula, Katara, and the Avatar himself.

A million thoughts raced through the boy's mind, but as he stared down the three, his mind became clear. The choice was made, and Zuko was never more sure in his life. He turned his eyes on Aang for a second...

And struck out at the Avatar with incredible fury. Zuko let out a shout and hurled a swift fireball at Aang that the boy barely evaded, followed by a veritable barrage of fireballs. The banished prince vented his pent up fury and frustration with every punch, blasting away at the face of his long-sought enemy, the Avatar.

Just looking at that bald headed freak made him sick! He was one of the ones who had it easy, who had never had to struggle to gain what he had!

"You will have father's love..."

"Look into your heart, and see what it is you want..."

"You will have everything you want..."

"...You are free to choose."

Zuko had chosen what he wanted. He wanted his honor. He wanted redemption. He wanted father's love, and his birthright. And now, the only thing standing in the way of that was the Avatar. Azula kept Katara busy, while Zuko attacked Aang ferociously. The boy unleashed a sudden and powerful airbending attack, but Zuko merely absorbed the blow, taking the hit and refusing to acknowledge the pain. He leapt right back onto his feet, and let loose a few blasts of fire as the airbender leapt up the stalactite to the ceiling.

Zuko was never before more sure of his choice, especially in the heat of battle. With this clarity came newfound power, and Zuko, using both arms, charged up a fire blast, and let it loose at the avatar's position. The powerful stream of flame condensed into a bolt and hurtled toward Aang with such velocity that the Avatar couldn't block it and was sent sprawling into a crystal structure.

Not relenting, the banished prince formed his flames into whips held in each hand, and brandished them before striking out at the avatar with deadly precision. Soon, Zuko had the airbender hopping about desperately to avoid his wrath. However, the boy was too fast for the whips, and Zuko was unable to strike him.

Suddenly, the avatar was breaking off a massive stalactite, and before Zuko could react, the giant missile struck the earth, sending a shockwave in all directions that blasted Zuko into first the floor, then sent him bouncing into a crystal formation. Even with his determination, Zuko found it hard to get up as he recovered from the blunt trauma of that attack.

When he rose, he saw the waterbender Katara rooting Azula with a water whip similar to his own fire whips. Well, she was his sister after all, so he'd better help... Zuko let loose a blast of fire that cut through the water and freed Azula. Katara turned toward Zuko, evidently hurt by the look in her eyes as she regarded the betrayer. Zuko punched out and shot a fireball at her.

"I thought you had changed!" she yelled at him, defending herself with the waterwhips.

"I have changed," replied Zuko calmly, referring not to his turn from bellicose to peaceful but his turn from peaceful to betraying. Zuko snapped his arms out and formed his dual fire whips to match Katara's water whips. So similar they were, and yet they were now enemies once again... So be it. Nothing can stand in the way of me and my honor.

Well.. -I- think you did a pretty good job, Hybrid, even if you used scenarios already in the show. I'm guilty of it myself, or I'd say something like "Use a scene they haven't played out in the show already" XD I'm actually looking forward to Rping against someone with your grasp of the english language and writing skills! Even if it isn't as Zuko. :)

Mkay, Hybrid. I think you can definately RP, but you can't use scenes from the show. You have to make up your own. And btw, you only have to have one RP sample, not two. =)
